How sessions work

Three formats, one kind of care. The choice depends on your routine, your moment, and what makes sense for you right now.

Session formats

In person

Meeting in the room, with your whole body present. For anyone who lives nearby and prefers direct contact, with no screen in between.

Sessions run to a regular length, at a frequency agreed between you and the therapist.

Online

By video call, from wherever you are. Sessions in Portuguese or in English, for people who are far away or whose routine makes traveling hard.

Women's groups

A circle with other women, with a set theme and date. Meeting with peers often speeds up what individual sessions take longer to reach.

Bilingual sessions

In Portuguese and in English, in your time zone, for Brazilian and international clients who want to be understood without translating what they feel.

What usually comes up

These are the themes that appear most often in the practice. If yours is not here, that does not mean there is no room for it.

Grief, loss and divorce

Moving through what has ended. Giving time to what needs time, without life stopping in the middle of it.

Anxiety and depression

Understanding what the body is signaling, and building concrete tools for the hard days.

Childhood and adolescence

Attention, behavior and emotional issues, with the family taking part in the process. Sessions start from age 5.

Women and relationships

Relationships that need reviewing, bonds that need strengthening, and the care of yourself that usually comes last.

Working through trauma

Careful work, at the pace of the person who lived the experience. Never faster than you can sustain.

Dreams

Interpretation as a clinical tool, to reach what has not yet found words.

How we start

The first contact is simple. No long form, no commitment to continue.

  1. You get in touch

Through the form or on WhatsApp. Tell me, in your own words, what is going on.

  2. We talk about the fit

Format, frequency, time and fee. Everything agreed in advance, so you can decide clearly.

  3. First session

A conversation to get to know each other. From there, you define the path of the work together.

Fees

Sessions are quoted on request, because the fee varies with the format and the frequency. You get that information before committing to anything.

Reserved space for the fee table. As soon as Rebeca defines the rates per format (in person, online, group), the table goes here.

A safe space to begin.

Taking care of yourself is also taking care of the people you love.
